The Immaculate French
The French are always so immaculately dressed. They always carry themselves with understated class and elegance, yet they are able to carry off the latest fashion trend to a tee.
How on earth do you make sure your hair stays in place, your dress is not crinkled, strutting in towering heels, and with 3 kids in tow? Beats me. Ask the French.

Mia’s Chanel
If bags could talk, Mia sure has conversations to last till the next millenium. Check out her extensive Chanel collection on her blog!
Mia is a Chanel fanatic. At the rate that her husband dotes on her - buying her all these Chanel bags and accessories - she is sure to book herself a front row seat in the near future.
Out of her entire collection, I’m most envious about her python clutch. I want one as well!!!
Michelle Phan
I’m lazy when it comes to putting on makeup. I just can’t stay still for 30 minutes to paint my face. It usually takes about 10 minutes or less for me to put on a full set of makeup - concealer, foundation, eye shadow, blusher, eye-liner, mascara, lip gloss. And 10 minutes for me to remove them. I am that lazy.
Needless to say, I’m deeply embarrassed that my make-up collection is rather basic, with only the usual light make-up and brushes; plus, my simple skills of only able to either put nude make-up for day or smokey black make-up for night. On top of which, all the make-up skills I have acquired are really self-taught.
I chanced upon videos on youtube by Michelle Phan, teaching tubbers how to put on every different type of make-up that you can think of. I’m so inspired. And I learned brand new tricks! Like how an angled eye shadow brush will save an enormous time when applying eye shadow.
The best tip though, has got to be on trimming the eyebrows. Your eyes are the window to your soul, and the eyebrows frame this window. It defines the face.
Although not all of her lessons can be applied directly to or carried off well by Asian women with hidden double eye lids or single eye lids, they can be modified accordingly.
I’m eager to try out the romantic valentine look, except that I need to convince myself that pink is okay for an eye shadow. But, I’m loving the New Years Eve party look, with all the glitter and glam. I’m definitely going to try a modified version of it the next time I hang out with my girlfriends.
Design is Mine

I love everything with clean and sleek lines. But, I also love things with an added dash of colour to it, to bring out the life in it.
Just look at the dining room and the kitchen. So neat, yet full of warmth and happiness. If only my room was 50% as neat as the above.

Style starts young…
I must be a blog stalker these days, randomly stumbling upon interesting blogs after blogs and getting hooked reading them. Recently, I have been more incline to be caught onto fashion blogs. Today, I happen to chance upon Tavi’s blog and I was intrigued.
She is only 12 and yet has an explosive style of fashion! Preferring to be clad in t-shirt and shorts when I was her age, I am definitely sure I was no where close to her style of fashion. This is proof that you can be stylish at any age. You go girl!
