Morelle Clutch 2

Morelle Clutch 2I swear I am not in my crazy bag phase. But I snag myself yet another clutch from Morelle.

I just love the clutch’s deep aged brown look. It is exactly what I have been looking for since I went on my graduation trip last year! Brown, small, and leather. I’m so excited! Pair the bag with a breezy white tube top and a pair of black leggings, and I am good to go for a laid back Sunday outing with my girlies. Oh, and did I mention that it is one-of-a-kind?

Morelle is releasing some of her bags at a lower price, because she is moving back to her hometown. Do check out her stuff!

Greece: The streets of Athens

Athens drainAthens is a cosmopolitan city. It is a thrill to dine and shop in Athens. But alongside the buzz of the city life, it is not difficult to see that Athens still retained its historic flavour.

Tower of the WindsRight next to the Agora lies the modern market place. At almost every corner, you would be able to see an ancient monument or building. Look even their huge drain is filled with the remains of statues.

Some relics worth checking out are: Tower of the Winds, Gate of Athena, Temple of Zeus, and the Library of Hadrian. Most of which require a small fee or are free to enter.

Athens market Of course, since you are in the market place, it is worth while to walk around to absorb the sight and sound. In this market place, there is a good mix of merchants selling brand new products and flea shops. It was really fun walking around the streets of Athens.

Athens cakeBut what I loved most about this city, has to be the food. The Mediterranean diet rocks. I lost quite a bit of weight after a week or so.

Being poor students, my friends and I had to bunk in a student hostel. Every time we headed back, we would pass by this small cake-and-candy shop. The goodies looked so good we just had to try them. Check it out.
