All stacked up!

I love to start my mornings with a mini bottle of milk and surfing the msn website.

Usually, the msn website does showcase some interesting news. Today, they were featuring container houses.

Remember the Biennale? In which, PSA sponsored containers to be built into a huge art space? Or, in some schools, students have to study in stinky container classrooms? (I know because I used to study in one). Or, that our foreign workers live in containers-turned-dorms?

Well, behold! It seems that, container-style-houses are fast becoming a trend. Tagged as being environmental friendly, fast to put together, and being cheaper than normally built houses, the demand for such metal houses is increasing.

Imagine going on a glam-up summer holiday; instead of checking into a dingy motel or expensive hotel, you can have your temporary house shipped to you!

What is not to like about seriously? Especially since they look so artistic and is tastefully done up. Plus, some of them come equipped with thermostats to heat things up. Also, you get to enlarge your space by opening up your container-house, literally, by opening up one side of the house like how you would for a garage.

How about that? =)
